The receptionist position requires an individual who acts as interface with patients, doctors, and other staff. Responsibilities include handling all incoming calls, contacting patients to schedule and reconfirm appointments, and following up with patient requests. Greeting patients/visitors, and checking patients in and out. Assisting department with various duties as needed. In addition, this position will be responsible for obtaining all information relating to patients, and collection and dissemination of information to the medical record and information system.
Previous experience preferred.
